Les envois LTL re\u00e7us courts ou endommag\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre not\u00e9s sur l'accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception au moment de la signature.  <\/li>\n<li>Pour les envois de petits colis ou de charges partielles, tous les dommages et manques doivent \u00eatre signal\u00e9s dans les cinq jours, y compris la date de livraison, pour d\u00e9clarer la r\u00e9clamation en contactant le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de TD SYNNEX.<\/li>\n<li>Si l'inspection n'a pas lieu, si votre produit n'est pas ramass\u00e9 ou si vous n'avez pas re\u00e7u d'\u00e9tiquette par courriel ou d'\u00e9tiquette d'appel dans les 10 jours ouvrables suivant votre appel initial, communiquez avec le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de TD SYNNEX.<\/li>\n<li>Sachez que si tous les crit\u00e8res ci-dessus sont remplis, il n'y a aucune garantie que la r\u00e9clamation soit approuv\u00e9e.
