You will find this form on the Online Reseller Credit Application form.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-text-block\"><div class=\"vce-text-block-wrapper vce\" id=\"el-91a05ba8\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-91a05ba8\"><h2 class=\"h3\">Step 3:<\/h2><p>Please fax or e-mail the completed and signed Reseller Credit Application printout package to:<\/p><p>TD SYNNEX Canada Limited<br>Attention: TD SYNNEX Financial Services<br>E-mail:newaccounts@synnex.com<br>Fax: 1-800-830-9574 or 416-646-7852<\/p><p>For general inquiries or to monitor and track your account, please call 1-866-880-2174 ext 2931.<\/p><p>Approved applicants requesting a prepay, credit card or flooring terms account will receive, within 48 hours of TD SYNNEX receiving the completed package, a notification via fax and\/or email of an account number authorizing you to commence purchasing as a new TD SYNNEX customer.<\/p><p>Should you require net terms, please submit your fiscal year end financial statements for the last two (2) years including supportive notes and your most recent cumulative financial figures (interim) both \u201csigned and dated\u201d. You will receive a reply within seven (7) business days as to the status of our credit investigation.
