What is Changing?
For Unentitled Systems Software (e.g., AIX, IBMi, zOS): the practice of providing complimentary (no-charge) support has been eliminated.
For Unentitled Hardware: the practice of offering hourly services for activities normally covered by an IBM MA agreement (a.k.a., ‘Per-Call’ services, ‘hourly billable’ or ‘break/fix’ support) will no longer be offered as of January 1, 2025.
