– Price changes effective July 15, 2025
– Renewal prices for DS8K G9 Expert Care will be increased
– Renewal pricing will not match the original Expert Care sold at POS. POS pricing was
aggressively bundled and not reflective of standalone renewal value
– IBM Sellers and Business Partners should:
1) Use IBM provided pricing guidelines to generate quotes
2) Ensure pricing reflects value and lifecycle stage, not just historical HW POS discounts
