Technology creates possibilities. But itâs people who turn those possibilities into results. Thatâs the idea behind people shape impact, a core belief among TD SYNNEX leaders and the theme of this yearâs Inspire. Because it still takes human creativity and ingenuity to make a difference.Â
At first, this may seem like an unexpected message in an industry driven by AI and automation. But itâs people who decide how to build new technology and make it better.
One example is PartnerFirst, the AI-enabled digital growth experience that brings together TD SYNNEX tools, services, training and expertise in one place. From the beginning, the goal was to create an experience shaped by the people who use it every day.
To accomplish this, TD SYNNEX teams worked closely with customers throughout the process, using partner feedback to help shape and refine the experience.
âAs we were building and rolling out PartnerFirst, we ran extensive pilots with our PartnerLINK community,â said Nate Herz, TD SYNNEXâs Senior Vice President and Regional Chief Information Officer in North America. âWe took their feedback and continued to enhance the experience before we rolled it out at Inspire last year.â
Technology provided the foundation, but the people using it helped shape the result.
And that collaboration doesn’t end after launch. While PartnerFirst helps customers quickly access the tools, insights and resources they need, they can also connect with TD SYNNEX specialists when they need a personalized approach.
How our leaders see impact in action
Shaping impact extends far beyond a single digital experience.
It happens when a reseller customer uses new insights to help an end customer solve a complex business challenge. It happens when vendors and TD SYNNEX teams work together to bring emerging technologies to market. And it happens when teams share knowledge, challenge assumptions and test new ideas.
Watch the video below to hear our leaders share what people shape impact means to them.
Explore the human side of technology
There will always be new technology, new platforms and new ways to use AI. But as Reyna Thompson, President, North America, at TD SYNNEX noted:âYou canât separate the human from technology.â
As you prepare for Inspire, consider the people whoâve helped shape your success and the impact you hope to create. The conversations you have, the relationships you build and the ideas you share could be the start of something great.
