TD SYNNEX ServiceSolv offers a comprehensive range of print services that can be tailored to meet your needs and those of your customers. From installation and annual service contracts to preventative maintenance, TD SYNNEX serves as your convenient one-stop shop for all print service requirements.

 

So, what’s on the menu?

Installation

White-Glove Delivery and Install

The hardware will be shipped directly to the vendor’s warehouse, where it will be accepted, assembled and then delivered to the customer’s designated location. For installation, they will power it on, provide a brief training and print a test page.

White-Glove Delivery and Install Onsite Assembly and Install

The hardware would be shipped directly to the end user. Onsite, a technician (or two, depending on the size of the machine) would assemble, install, provide a brief training and then remove any debris.

Two Configuration Options:

1. BTO Configuration

In one of our BTO labs, we would load the customer’s firmware, IP address, device configuration and speed license. If needed, we could asset tag the device as well. Once pre-configured, we would ship the device directly to the end user and have a tech meet it onsite to assemble it.

2. Service Provider Onsite Configuration

Once the device is onsite, the technician(s) will obtain the network settings, install toner and paper, test to verify operation and then train the end user.

Maintenance and Repair

Annual Service Contract

Our third-party service provider offers a comprehensive annual service contract covering repair and maintenance for one year. This includes all parts, labor and travel expenses, along with one annual preventative maintenance visit. Upon receiving a service call, the vendor promptly dispatches a technician, effectively reducing service turnaround times.

Support

TD SYNNEX ServiceSolv can provide you and your customers with first-level support through phone triage. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we will dispatch a third-party technician. This service can be an excellent addition to the Annual Contract Service mentioned above.

Disposal

ITAD and Recycling

Is your customer replacing their entire fleet, or just one device and needs the old equipment out of the way? TD SYNNEX can offer pickup and disposal services to make way for the customer’s new equipment!
