Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two (2) years commencing on the date of the last signature hereto (the \u201cInitial Term\u201d), with one (1) optional two-year renewal and one (1) optional one-year renewal (each, a \u201cRenewal Term\u201d and together with the \u201cInitial Term,\u201d the \u201cTerm\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All administrative fees due to DIR will be paid by the dealers based on the dollar value of all sales to Customers pursuant to contract DIR-CPO-6176. The Admin fee is 0.75% of all sales, net of returns and credits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Order Placement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All purchase orders will be sent to the approved Dealer on TD SYNNEX DIR-CPO- 6176 contract and processed by approved Dealer directly. All prices quoted to customers shall include the DIR Administrative fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Freight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All TX DIR orders will be FOB Destination CONUS to the end user \u2013 Free standard ground freight within the continental United States. Special and\/or expedited delivery requests will be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty and Support Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manufacturer Warranty policies apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For TD SYNNEX to process your return in a timely manner, review the information and follow the procedures outlined below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RMAs are only valid for 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>All returns must be received by TD SYNNEX within 30 days from the date the RMA is issued. RMAs received after this time frame will be rejected and returned at the sender\u2019s expense.<\/li>\n<li>Use the original manufacturer\u2019s boxes and packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Package all returns to prevent damage in transit.<\/li>\n<li>All returns must have an RMA printed on the return shipping label.<\/li>\n<li>Do not write addresses or RMA numbers on the outside of the manufacturer\u2019s boxes. Products must be in resalable condition to receive credit.<\/li>\n<li>All products must be returned with all original components, accessories, software, manuals and registration cards.<\/li>\n<li>Products must be shipped pre-paid.
