Ohio is a purchasing consortium comprised of the purchasing officers of the IUC-PG of Ohio institutions of higher education. The purpose of the formation of the IUC-PG was to achieve standardization of requirements, methods of operation and to develop agreements that offer the best possible product pricing for our members. The organization has 89 members made up of the 14 IUC-PG universities, 15 community colleges and 8 technical colleges. This policy excludes expedited shipping costs (overnight, 2 day, etc.) and items over 150 pounds, LTL shipments and\/or items that require white glove services, liftgate services, and items such as heavyweight printers, wide format printers, large displays and televisions, batteries, paper, furniture\/shelving, and other heavy\/bulky items that require special delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>Reseller Responsibility:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Authorized Dealers are required to submit a monthly sales report by the 5th of each month for the previous month\u2019s sales <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdsynnex.com\/na\/us\/td-synnex-public-sector\/contracts\/monthly-contract-reporting\/\">through our reporting portal<\/a>. If Authorized Dealer has no sales for that month, they are required to report zero sales (a blank reporting template is not required).<\/li>\n<li>Prior to submitting the monthly sales report, Authorized Dealers should validate all orders and pricing for accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Only orders invoiced to the end user agency during the prior month should be reported. Orders that have shipped but have not been invoiced should NOT be reported until after the end user agency has been invoiced.<\/li>\n<li>If an Authorized Reseller identifies previous orders that were not reported, they should be reported immediately following identification.<\/li>\n<li>Authorized Reseller must maintain copies of all end-user purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and other contract communications for up to 6 years following the date of sale.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Sales Report must be completed with all requested data including Reseller PO #, EUPO #, Reseller Invoice
