joint DoW initiative designed to develop and implement a DoW enterprise procurement process. This DoW ESI BPA is issued in accordance with the policy and guidelines provided in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Section 208.74. <strong>Note<\/strong>: Red Hat Professional services are not included in this BPA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Authorized Users:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DoW or Agencies<\/strong>\n<p>This BPA is open for ordering by the \u201cDoW Departments and Agencies\u201d as defined by the Title 48 Code of Federal Regulations, Section 202.101, except for the Department of the Navy (as defined by 32 Code of Federal Regulations, sections 700.203 &amp;700.204) or a DoD contractor working in support of the DoWD mission is authorized to purchase on behalf of the DoW pursuant to FAR 51 (hereinafter \u201cLicensee\u201d or \u201cDoW\u201d are synonymous). A Reseller is an authorized reseller of Licensor\u2019s products.
