The Dealer is authorized to invoice the Equalis Group member and accept payment on behalf of TD SYNNEX, subject to the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reseller must have a current account in good standing at TD SYNNEX and signed Dealer Agreement.
