TD SYNNEX is launching its Managed Service Provider as a Service (MSPaaS), and it is redefining the landscape for both novice and seasoned Managed Service Providers (MSPs). With the ability to bundle Cisco hardware and licenses, customers gain a streamlined entry point into their practice. The primary goal behind MSPaaS is to provide a packaged solution for MSPs. Comprising Cisco’s MSP Express offers, TD SYNNEX’s Professional Services Team, and financing options from TD SYNNEX Capital, this initiative aims to simplify the complex world of Cisco for partners and offer a one-stop solution for their MSP needs.

TD SYNNEX’s MSPaaS sets itself apart from other offerings in the market because of its inclusivity. In an interview with EDGE360, Molarvie Rom, TD SYNNEX Product Business Manager for Cisco MSP, explained, “The TD SYNNEX MSPaaS offering caters to new and established managed service providers. No matter where they are at on the spectrum, we can cater to them with these offerings, creating a more simplified packaged solution for MSPs to transact.” In a market often marked by complexity, a simplified solution increases accessibility and streamlined options.

While Rom discussed high upfront capital costs as a pain point that is often brought up by MSPs, MSPaaS seeks to address this challenge through the TD SYNNEX Capital team. “They can finance the entire opportunity – hardware, licenses, and our pro services for the MSP on a per month basis,” she highlighted. “It’s truly flexible – they can finance anywhere between 12 months to 60 months. They can finance the MSP or their end customer. They can even white label it to where TD SYNNEX Capital acts on behalf of the MSP to bill their end customers. This flexible financing option is truly a huge value add!”

The TD SYNNEX Professional Services Team plays a crucial role in supporting customers in managing their MSP devices. MSPaaS works with the Pro Services Team, who can augment and manage the MSP devices on behalf of the company to their end-users. “With different packages to choose from, MSPs can select the level of service they need. The Pro Services Team can monitor and manage devices, specifically focusing on Cisco Meraki devices. As MSPs progress through tiers, the services provided by the team evolve to meet their growing needs,” Rom shared.

The launch of TD SYNNEX’s Managed Service Provider as a Service is eagerly anticipated at the end of November. Rom emphasized that partners should stay tuned for more information. TD SYNNEX’s MSPaaS is poised to be a game-changer for MSPs, offering a holistic solution that addresses their technology, service, and financial needs. As the industry evolves, this initiative reaffirms TD SYNNEX’s commitment to simplifying and enhancing the MSP journey.
