Sixty-five SMB partners came together, attending more than 100 partner and Cisco account manager one-on-one meetings in the South, East, Central and West regions respectively, to discuss industry trends and so much more. These events were a dynamic blend of insights, strategies, and the invaluable connections that lead partners to innovation and success.

Considering the double-digit growth rate of SMB Cisco partners year over year, the SMB ALIGN Events provide a fantastic opportunity for partners to collaborate and learn together. The agenda was a carefully crafted journey through the intricacies of Cisco SMB. Each kicking off with its own executive keynote speaker, participants were immersed in the vast partner opportunities within the Cisco SMB sector. The agenda covered critical topics such as the SMB Territory Structure, the Future of Hybrid Work, TD SYNNEX’s Cisco Value Proposition, and a Partner Success Panel Discussion. Concrete strategies for growth were shared through the SMB Accelerator Program Overview and insights into Cisco Partner Acceleration in SMB Marketing.

Joseph Kirk of MCC Solutions was in attendance and said, “Thank you to the Cisco and TD SYNNEX team for such a great, incredible, and educational three days. This has answered just about all of the questions that we’ve been struggling with, and I’ve learned so many things about how we can grow and change our Cisco approach to grow the business together. We’ve been in the industry a long time, and I can’t say that I’ve ever worked with a manufacturer or distribution partner that is willing to come alongside the partner to help them succeed together!”

Gary Paxton from Adapture Technology Group LLC, also attended, and he affirmed, “The relationships are where it all starts.” The event wasn’t just about content; it was about creating connections. Paxton said he was recently working on a Meraki opportunity in Connecticut and golfing with another connection in Boston a short while later, a result of the relationships fostered during the events. Randy Richey from ASI Networks echoes this sentiment: “That was a great event. Meeting new people, seeing some old familiar faces, building relationships, and learning from smart people. Very rejuvenating!”

The testimonials from participants highlight the success of the events. Juliette Dorroh of Secure Data Technologies left the event with renewed hope and direction for her team. “We didn’t realize how mature the TD SYNNEX CX practice is. We have a team solely focused on Lifecycle Advantage so this is something we’ll need to take advantage of,” Dorroh shared.

Sue Perdomo of Cisco South SBTM expressed gratitude for the event bringing such great people together, and left newly inspired and ready to go. “I truly enjoyed every moment of the event and am excited to have built new relationships and strengthened existing. We truly value each and every partner and, of course, the TD SYNNEX team and extended team. I look forward to continuing this path we are on. As a follow up, I’ll be sending out my org chart and an invitation to set up time to do mapping if you align to my states (AL, AR, LA, MS and OK). Thanks again for your focus on Cisco SMB!”

The TD SYNNEX Cisco SMB ALIGN Events transcended the traditional conference experience. They represented a catalyst for change, a meeting ground for innovation, and a testament to the power of collaboration in shaping the future of Cisco SMB. As the partners return to their respective territories armed with insights, strategies, and new connections, the impact of this event is poised to reverberate throughout the SMB sector.
