What are my Warranty Options?

Surface Commercial Channel

Microsoft Surface has simplified access to their products to all Canadian Resellers through TD SYNNEX. All TD SYNNEX customers can now buy Surface devices, Accessories and Surface Hub without being Authorized. If you wish to attach a Warranty or want to submit a Deal Registration, you’ll need to enroll to be an Authorized Surface Partner, click here to start the enrollment process.

Already an Authorized Surface Partner?

If you are already a DMP, Silver or Gold Level Authorized Surface Partner, you have until June 30, 2023, to renew your Terms and Conditions with Microsoft. If your renewal is not received prior to June 30th, you will be renewed as the Breadth Level with restricted access to promotions and incentives.

Surface Warranties – Microsoft Canada

The selling of a warranty protection plan on a Surface device must happen within 45 calendar days after the device’s distributor invoice date. End User email address is also required on all warranty orders, we can’t use Reseller email address on behalf of the end user. Microsoft strictly implements this rule and will decline any orders made after the allowed period and/or missing end user information.
