TD SYNNEX’s Accelerated Development Program is an invitation-only initiative where partners are guided through a structured AWS enablement journey. With expert-led resources and milestone-based progression, we’ll help you achieve meaningful AWS business growth and reduce development timelines from several years to just a few months.

Throughout the program, your representative will keep you focused on your progress while helping you optimize benefits across the AWS Partner Network (APN) and APN Customer Engagements (ACE) platform.
Who’s a good fit for the program?
The ideal partner for this program can meet several of the following factors (but don’t worry if you’re missing a few, TD SYNNEX helps you achieve full eligibility):
You’re an AWS partner working with TD SYNNEX.
You’re an AWS Registered partner, an AWS Select tier Services partner or are on the AWS Software Path.
You’re a public sector partner or a commercial sector partner interested in public sector.
You have already entered an AWS opportunity in ACE.
Your business has more than 10 employees.
You’re committed to achieving a technical validation, such as AWS Competencies.
You’re committed to go-to-market with AWS solutions.
Your software must run on or integrate with AWS.
How will I be accepted into the program?
All applications are reviewed for eligibility in three phases:
Phase one:
The nomination
You apply to be considered for the program. Once submitted, our Accelerated Development Program guides will assess your application.
Phase two:
The assessment
If you meet the requirements for the program, an expert will reach out to learn more about your business and priorities. From there, we’ll relay your information to AWS and shape your program experience.
Phase three:
Milestone management
Once confirmed, you’ll engage in a timebound framework comprising various step-by-step development milestones, made for both service and software partners.
Services Path
APN Alignment
The APN Alignment milestone establishes the foundational enablement required for partners to build and scale a successful AWS practice. Partners complete essential APN readiness activities, progress toward the appropriate Select or Advanced tier, and align to one of two recognized services paths — Validated or Differentiated — based on business goals and capabilities.
Through this effort, partners strengthen visibility within the AWS Partner Network, gain access to programs and funding mechanisms and establish baseline requirements for AWS knowledge, experience and customer success. These fundamentals create the foundation for technical validation, go to market readiness and revenue activation later in the GTM Ready journey.
Technical validation
During the technical validation milestone, partners on the Validated path focus on achieving a Services Offering Foundational Technical Review (SO FTR), confirming their ability to deliver a defined AWS aligned service with consistency and clarity. Partners on the Differentiated path pursue an AWS Competency, demonstrating deeper specialization and proven customer success in a specific solution area.
Completing Technical Validation strengthens credibility with AWS and customers, unlocks access to additional AWS programs and benefits and establishes a critical foundation for go to market readiness and revenue activation within the GTM journey
Go-to-market readiness
Go‑to‑market readiness equips partners with the tools and strategy needed to promote their AWS practice and engage effectively in co‑sell motions. Through this milestone, partners refine their value proposition, build brand awareness, generate demand, and learn how to collaborate with AWS sales teams.
Partners also gain access to TD SYNNEX’s Reseller Marketing Portal, where they can leverage ready‑made, customer‑facing content to accelerate their marketing efforts and support pipeline growth.
Lead Generation
To complete this milestone, partners work toward developing a healthy pipeline by generating:
- 10 ACE‑validated opportunities
- A minimum of $100 in MRR per opportunity
- A 10:1 return on investment
For partners specializing in GenAI, opportunities center on customer use cases involving GenAI‑driven solutions.
Post Completion Growth Tracking: +12 months
After graduating from Accelerated Development, partners enter a 12‑month phase designed to support continued momentum and measure long‑term business growth. To demonstrate sustained progress, partners work toward annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets aligned to their path:
- Validated Path: $12K ARR transacting
- Differentiated Path: $36K ARR transacting
Software Path
AWS ISV Accelerate Program
Before joining the ISV Accelerate Program track, partners must finalize their independent software vendor (ISV) payer account. This step ensures proper billing and transaction management for AWS Marketplace listings.
Once complete, partners can begin the ISV Accelerate Program, which positions software solutions for co-selling with AWS and increases visibility in the marketplace. Participation unlocks joint go-to-market opportunities and access to AWS resources that drive growth.
AWS Platform Navigation and Joint Marketing
As part of the Software Path, partners complete two key activities designed to build confidence and momentum in their AWS journey. First, the AWS Platform Navigation Review helps partners become proficient with essential AWS tools such as Partner Central and the ACE Pipeline Manager. This ensures partners can manage accounts, register opportunities, and collaborate effectively with AWS teams.
Following this foundation, partners work with TD SYNNEX and AWS to create a joint marketing plan that amplifies visibility, supports demand generation, and accelerates growth through co‑marketing initiatives.
Foundational Technical Review (FTR)
Completing the FTR validates your software’s security, reliability and operational best practices. This milestone is critical for building trust with customers and meeting AWS technical standards.
Lead Generation
The lead generation milestone helps partners build early momentum in their AWS practice by creating real customer opportunities. Partners can choose the approach that best aligns to their business—either standard lead generation or lead generation focused on GenAI‑specific solutions.
To complete this milestone, partners work toward developing a healthy pipeline by generating:
- 10 ACE validated opportunities
- A minimum of $100 in MRR per opportunity
- A 10:1 return on investment For partners specializing in GenAI, opportunities center on customer use cases involving GenAI driven solutions.
