Microsoft Teams Plugin
Installing the Digital Bridge Microsoft Apps Plugin
Use these instructions to quickly get the TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge plugin up and running in your Microsoft 365 environment. If you’re a regular Outlook or Teams user, follow the User Steps. If you’re an administrator responsible for managing third-party apps, see the Admin Steps. Once the plugin is installed, you’ll have direct access to relevant TD SYNNEX features right from Microsoft Apps.
User Installation Steps
1. Access the App Install Page
- Open Microsoft AppSource and search for “TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge.”
- Click Get It Now on the app detail page, then click Get It Now again to initiate the setup process.
2. Install the Connector
- In the pop-up window, follow on-screen prompts to:
- Select your organization.
- Grant permissions for the plugin to connect to your Microsoft account.
3. Log In to Your TD SYNNEX Account
- Click the plugin in your sidebar.
- Enter your ECExpress credentials on the sign-in page.
- Once signed in, you can begin to use the plugin.
Admin Installation Steps
Steps for how you can allow the TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge app for your organization in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
1. Navigate to Integrated Apps in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center → Settings > Integrated Apps
2. Click “Get Apps”
- On the Integrated Apps page, select Get Apps at the top of the table that shows already installed apps.
3. Search for TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge
- In the search field, enter “TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge.”
- From the results, click Get It Now.
4. Approve Access by Org, Group, or Users
- Determine if your entire organization, specific groups or specific users are able to access the plugin.
- Any user with access will still be required to enter their TD SYNNEX ECExpress credentials to log in once they have installed the plugin.
By following the steps above, both users and administrators can quickly configure the TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge plugin in Microsoft Apps. Once set up, team members gain direct access to critical TD SYNNEX data and updates without leaving their Outlook or Teams environment.
