REMC SAVE 2026-28 Networking & Security Contract

Contract Term: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2028

REMC SAVE is provided as a free service of the REMC Association of Michigan for all Michigan schools, public agencies, and non-profit organizations. SAVE provides large volume contracts for a variety of products and services utilized by our eligible agencies. REMC SAVE’s sealed competitive bid process provides compliance with state procurement statutes without local bidding.

Eligible Agencies

The following agencies are eligible to purchase using REMC SAVE contracts:

• PreK-12 Public, Charter (PSA) and Non-Public Schools
• Community Colleges, Universities, and Colleges
• Public Libraries
• Museums
• State, County, and Local Government Agencies
• Educational Non-profit Organizations
• Health Care Facilities

Authorized Dealer Program

TD SYNNEX offers a Dealer Program that provides select reseller partners the ability to sell to REMC members using this contract. The Dealer is authorized to invoice the REMC member and accept payment on behalf of TD SYNNEX, subject to the following requirements:

• Reseller must have a current account in good standing at TD SYNNEX and signed Dealer Agreement. To participate, please send request to contracts@tdsynnex.com.
• Dealer quote will include the REMC contract price and your cost from TD SYNNEX.
• End User pricing can NOT exceed the REMC Contract Price, but can be discounted by the Dealer.
• Dealer must identify all REMC quotes and orders to TD SYNNEX. Reseller Contract Quotes can be obtained from your TD SYNNEX Sales Rep, requesting that REMC Contract Pricing be included in your quote.
• Both the End User and Dealer POs should reference the REMC Contract number. Dealer is responsible for maintaining a copy of these POs for audit purposes for up to 3 years following the date of that sale. Dealer is responsible for providing a copy of these POs at the time the order is placed.
• TD SYNNEX and manufacturers’ standard commercial certifications/authorizations are required for participation.
• Reseller must submit a report of all sales, or a zero sales report by the 5th of each month for the previous months sales through our reporting portal.
