Why Take TD SYNNEX’s NCE Certification Training?
As a Microsoft partner, it’s important that your sales force is trained on Microsoft’s NCE to better prepare them for conversations with end users. That’s why TD SYNNEX offers a comprehensive, self-directed NCE training program to prepare your sales teams. Upon completion, participants will earn a NCE Certification from Credly’s digital badge platform, Acclaim.
Although this training is custom-built for your sales and operations teams working within the NCE, we highly recommend this training to everyone that needs to understand the changes and avoid confusion between the legacy Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program model and the NCE.

2024 Updates
In fiscal year 2024, Microsoft is taking two important steps toward the retirement of the CSP legacy commerce platform.
- After January 2024, all legacy commercial products will be automatically moved to the NCE at the time of the subscription renewal into an annual commit monthly bill NCE subscription.
- The launch of public sector (academic, GCC, nonprofit/ charity) offers in NCE for new and renewing customers will be communicated and begin sometime in 2024.

Optimize Your Microsoft Rebates and Co-op Incentives
Since December 2022, only NCE subscriptions earn incentives and rebates. In 2023, legacy commercial CSP incentives ended, and partners are seeing greater earning opportunities when driving business through the NCE and Modern Commerce Incentives (MCI).
